These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the QPathy website and services. By using the platform, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use QPathy.
Employment relationship
Nurses placed through QPathy are W-2 employees of QPathy. Facilities engage QPathy for staffing services and are not employers of the assigned nurses.
Credentials and conduct
Users must provide accurate information, maintain active licensure where required, and conduct themselves professionally at all assignments.
Payments and billing
Facilities are invoiced according to their service agreement. Nurses are paid weekly via direct deposit, subject to verified timesheets.
Intellectual property
All platform content, branding, and software are the property of QPathy or its licensors.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, QPathy is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
